This thesis deals with the most recent trends in recruiting related to information and communication technologies. The attention is focused on the internet, social networks and smartphones along with the possibilities of their use for recruitment. A part of this thesis is a quantitative survey of trends in recruiting. Practices, experiences and opinions of candidates who were looking for the job in the last year were collected in order to describe the situation of the use of these trends in the Czech Republic and their possible further development. Motivation to serve in the Czech armed forces among the professional soldiers after the experiences with the transformation of the rescue battalions

The work deals with the theme of motivation to serve in the Czech armed forces among the professional soldiers after the experiences with the transformation of the rescue battalions. The author talks about the influences which may change the motivation of extended active duty with the Czech armed forces. The work reacts to problems of the armed forces with the adequate human resources necessary for its operation and development which becomes very wide in these days. Besides the recruiting of new professionals, author sees the main point in the retention and condition of the stuff and its better use. Studying the genesis of the problems, author uses analyzes of the reformation process of armed forces its professionalization and practical experiences from the transformation of the rescue battalions from the year 2008. From the sources mentioned above and theoretical knowledge about motivation author presents and search the main motivation factors which influence leaving or extending the career of the professional soldiers in the Czech army. Author studies the literature, experiences and other sources. This work tries to offer concrete provisions, which may help to increase this motivation and which are useful with the tools of public and social politics.
Marketing communication of the project "Pojď hrát hokej"

Name: Marketing communication plan for Pojď hrát hokej project Goals: The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the implementation of marketing communication for Pojď hrát hokej project, identify its weak spots and suggest specific steps for improvement Methods: We used primary and secondary sources of data in this thesis. We carried out a quantitative questionnaire-based research among the target group which consisted of parents of kids who visited Týden hokeje in January 2020. We also carried out a qualitative research based on interview with guidelines (The team leader of Pojď hrát hokej project PhDr. Pavel Landa, Ph.D was the interviewee). We analyzed internal database of Czech Hockey, specifically the marketing plan presentations and online media budget. We also went through the public materials connected with project, specifically their frequency and topics. Results: According to our research the marketing communication of Pojď hrát hokej project is on very high level. Respondents noticed it mainly on regional level. Results showed that the weakest side of communication is the print media advertisement which is not profitable. We suggest considering different time period for this part of campaign or decrease its budget and use it on social media advertising. Furthermore we suggest changing...
Human Resource Management In a Selected Organization

Nowadays, no successful organization can do without effective human resource management. Proper selection of employees, their evaluation, motivation, remuneration and care of them increases the competitiveness of the entire organizations, so it is very important to pay attention to all personnel activities in the organization. The aim of my thesis is to evaluate individual areas of human resource management in a selected organization and based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of the organization to suggest changes to improve the current state of human resource management. For the practical part I chose the joint-stock company Zemědělské služby Dynín. I used the form of a structured interview with the human resources officer. In the practical part, I first characterized the entire organization Zemědělské služby Dynín a.s., then I described the specific human resource management areas of the selected organization on the basis of the data from interviews with the human resources officer of the organization. Then, a questionnaire survey was carried out to gain the necessary views of employees on all areas of human resource management in the selected organization. After processing and analyzing the obtained information, I finally evaluated the state of human resource management in the organization and suggested several solutions to improve the current state that could be put into practice.

The bachelor thesis deals with human resources in the company, especially with personnel activities and recruitment. The aim is to describe the processes of recruiting and selecting of workers in the global organization and after that to propose provision for improvement. The theoretical part is about the characteristics of the concept of human resources management, mainly focused on the professional acquisition and selection of workers. The practical part deals with information about these process, which are compared with theoretical knowledge. At the end of the thesis are proposed provision for the selected company.
